These terms apply to text messages from WineDay. By opting in to WineDay texts, you agree to them. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
What we send
An invitation when one is ready for you, an update when something about your reservation changes, and replies when you text us. You can talk with our team or our AI, which always tells you it's an AI.
Consent
Texts are optional. Agreeing isn't required to join WineDay or to buy anything. You can stop texts anytime by replying STOP.
Frequency
Msg frequency varies. Most weeks it's a few texts, more around a gathering you've booked.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Help
Reply HELP for help, or email hi@itswineday.com.
Opt-out
Reply STOP anytime to stop texts. Reply START to turn them back on.
Carriers
Wireless carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We don't share or sell your number or your opt-in with third parties for their marketing. How we handle your number and your consent is in our Privacy Policy.
